Any plan — a wearable, a tracker, a dietitian — becomes a real meal: built to each person’s exact targets and the way they like to eat, then verified as it’s assembled.

How precise is it, really?

Twice over. Every menu is solved to the gram in software, then every ingredient is weighed to the gram as it’s dispensed, with the actual weight recorded. We won’t claim to be 100% exact 100% of the time. No other system in the world does both.

Does the food actually taste good?

It’s where we started. Co-founder Jacob Rudoy spent seven-plus years at Bestia, Bavel, Funke, République, and Jon & Vinny’s, and every recipe starts flavor-first. Our 5.0 Google rating came from the food, not the numbers.

Will people actually use it?

They already try to. Every nutrition app, every meal plan, every training program that ends in a set of numbers is someone trying to eat to a target by hand. No one has ever taken it from plan to plate, to the gram, for the individual: that’s the job SUMMITS does, their way, so two people with the same targets get two completely different plates.

About 2,000 people have eaten SUMMITS meals across our testing, and we became the highest-rated kitchen at Colony Venice Beach within three months.

Your kitchen

What does installation involve?

No construction, no renovation. The machine installs in about two days in the kitchen you already have, and you’re fully operational in under six weeks.

Do we need special ingredients or staff?

No. Ingredients come from your normal suppliers, and your team runs it: three staff per service can turn out about 100 meals an hour, with only one of them tending the makeline. Staff prep to the spec, and the machine weighs every dispense.

What about allergies and dietary restrictions?

Set once, enforced everywhere. Exclusions are hard constraints: a flagged ingredient never appears in that person’s menu. No laminated cards, no serving-line judgment calls.

The partnership

How does the business model work?

We’re not a food contract. No per-meal fees and no revenue share: you keep all food revenue, your suppliers, and your existing dining contracts. What you get from us is one flat monthly bill covering the entire system, all seven components, for the full term.

What does it cost?

Less than the salary of a single elite chef and nutritionist — for the entire system. The exact figure is sized by how many people you feed, how many lines you run, and how long you commit, so the number itself is a conversation.

And it doesn’t replace that pair. It multiplies them: their plans reach four hundred people a day with nothing lost in translation, no dietitian converting targets to portions, no brigade weighing plates.

How is health data protected?

The kitchen sees meals labeled first name, last initial — like a coffee cup. No single system holds a person’s whole picture, and our AI never sees contact information. Architected to HIPAA, with a SOC 2 Type I audit underway; BAA and FERPA school-official terms available.

Is this running anywhere today?

Yes. It runs daily in our Venice Beach kitchen, now in focused private testing: real orders, real numbers, real people. It’s the same system, hardware, and recipe library that deploys to venues.
